West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Delray Beach, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care in a long-term and rehabilitative setting. Join Excelsior Care Group at West Delray to support residents and families with compassion.

You will assess residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. A Florida RN license is required; prior SNF/long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents’ medical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, communicate changes, and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Promote a resident-centered approach that prioritizes comfort, dignity, and respect.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and state and federal regulations.
• Guide and assist CNA staff while promoting a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Salary: Up to $38 per hour, plus shift differentials

Your Responsibilities:
