Tri Cities Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, North Cumberland, KY, is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with immediate openings across day, night, part-time and full-time shifts.

You will oversee nursing care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, administer medications, monitor care plans, and lead communications with patients, families, and physicians, contributing to exceptional patient experiences and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Kentucky.
• Experience as charge nurse or in leadership role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing care in a particular department or shift.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary.
• Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care.
