Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role providing compassionate, resident-centered care at a 190-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Virginia. Shifts available from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with daily pay options and a strong values-driven culture.

Eligible candidates hold a VA RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and can manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting while

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Current BLS CPR certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards of nursing practice and care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality resident care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and nursing regulatory compliance.

7:00 AM-3:00 PM
3:00 PM-11:00 PM
11:00 PM-7:00 AM

$40-$45/hour

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of va.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
