Care Options for Kids is seeking an RN to support pediatric home health across Monmouth County school districts. You will float between districts to cover absences, providing focused, one-on-one care in home settings with autonomy and clinical support.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey
• TB test (PPD) or TB blood test (QF) within 3 years
• Valid BLS CPR card
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health care
• Float between school districts within Monmouth County to cover absences
• Offer coverage for nurses during absences and time off with per diem hours (8–40/wk)
• Adhere to physician orders and care plans while maintaining safety and quality

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
