Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License.
• TB/PPD or TB blood test documentation.
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled environment with clinical support when needed.

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
