Care Options For Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated, one-on-one care in pediatric home health. This role allows nurses to focus on high-acuity patients and build lasting relationships with families. Ideal candidates will have a New Jersey RN License and experience with G-tube, trach, or vent care, although training is available. Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License required.
• Must have a physical examination from within the past three years.
• TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test is mandatory.
• Valid BLS CPR card must be obtained in person.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, or vent is desired, but training is available.

Requirements
