Job summary

PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 6,500 clients every month. We are seeking dedicated nurses to join our growing home health team in Cincinnati, OH, offering flexible schedules, autonomy in patient care, and opportunities for professional development.

As a home health RN, you will deliver skilled visits in patients’ homes, coordinate with care teams, and support patients to improve health and independence in their own communities.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
