Job summary

PurposeCare is actively hiring On-Call Home Health Aides and CNA Caregivers to care for clients in their homes. We provide companion support and compassionate assistance to our community's most vulnerable, with a focus on safety and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Empathetic personality with solid character.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Comfortable performing personal care, grooming, meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Day start at 6:00 a.m. when needed.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 18 years old
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
• A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
• Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
• Must be able to begin your day at 6:00 a.m. based on the needs of the office
