Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:

1. Ensuring proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
2. Developing and ensuring the nursing care plan; collaborating with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
3. Making nursing diagnoses to guide care strategies.
4. Collaborating with residents and healthcare team members.
5. Recording medication administration.
6. Monitoring staff to ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed according to state and federal laws.
7. Following procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies.
8. Performing other duties as directed.

Qualifications of the Registered Nurse include:

1. Active RN license.
2. Prior RN experience in a nursing community.
3. A desire to care for residents with integrity.
4. Ability to work flexible hours.
5. SNF/LTC experience preferred.
