Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Focused Part-Time
Ryze on the Avenue is a community-driven Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation organization which is located at: 3400 South Indiana Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60616. We specialize in providing a high level of quality care to residents in our behavioral and memory care units throughout the Chicagoland and Suburban communities. We are looking to fill 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts at this time.

Essential Job Requirements:
Provide direct patient care.
Documentation confirming all care provided to patients and residents with in Skilled Acute Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care units as assigned.
Provide direction to all Nurse Aides providing direct patient care and assuring that all job duties and responsibilities are successfully completed.
Medication Management
Providing a high level of customer service to patients, family members and internal employees
Additional Duties assigned as needed.
Requirements
Current, valid RN licensure in the state of Illinois
One year of experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility preferred.
Current CPR certification
Must have excellent communication skills.
