Responsibilities of RN:

1. Provide resident care according to nursing standards and the written care plan, including physician's plan of treatment.
2. Follow a care plan designed by our Nurse Manager.
3. Administer medications and treatments as per the plan of care.
4. Monitor residents' conditions and report findings accordingly.
5. Accurately document all care provided in accordance with orders.

Qualifications of RN:

1. Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required.
2. Current, active RN license in the state of MA.
3. Ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously.
