Job Duties
The RN Medical Staff Quality Coordinator assists in the design, implementation, operation and evaluation of the organization's Medical Staff Peer Review Program to assure that productive physician and advance practitioner quality performance evaluations, peer review processes, and related activities are in place and functioning. Ensures coordination of the medical staff peer review program to maintain a consistent, rigorous and legally protected peer review process in full compliance with accreditation standards.
This opportunity is work from home in the state of Pennsylvania , salaried, and full time. Must be able to comfortably commute to offices at a central or NE Pennsylvania system location for meetings.
At least five (5) years of RN work experience is required. Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards and peer review programs is helpful. Experience in data analysis and statistical processes, experience in providing education, as well as the ability to design and develop performance measures, particularly as relates to medical staff is helpful.
