Overview
The Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice develops, implements, and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations. Manages a patient caseload through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days of hire. A valid RN license in the state of practice is required.
