Regency Harmony House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Brewster, WA is hiring an RN to provide medication administration, nursing services, and compassionate resident care. You will train staff, supervise shifts, and support the nursing director while maintaining a home-like environment focused on resident dignity and well-being.

We are Regency Harmony House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, conveniently located in Brewster, WA. We specialize in skilled nursing and long-term care services. $15,000 Welcome Bonus (FT) - 1st hire with 1-year commitment

$5.00 Shift Differential from 6PM to 6AM

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As An RN, You Will

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

• Possess a current RN license in good standing
