Job summary

Regency Pacific Management is seeking an RN for an evening shift, joining an exceptional team dedicated to quality resident care. You will provide medication assistance/administration, supervise staff, and support resident well-being in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, ensuring care plans are followed, infection control, and timely documentation. New grads are encouraged to apply, with a $7,500 welcome bonus for full-time placement.

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As An RN, You Will

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations

• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
