Cape Regency Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking per diem Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring high-quality care for residents. Openings on all shifts with weekly pay and shift differentials.

Responsibilities include maintaining resident care plans, following physician orders, documenting nursing notes, and daily resident evaluations. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Must have a current and active RN license in the state, or be in the process of obtaining one.

Join our team at Cape Regency Rehabilitation & Health Care Center as we are seeking per diem dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Openings on all shifts. Weekly pay ranges from $45 to $51 an hour, depending on the shift, including shift differentials. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Cape Regency Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality care. You will also maintain current resident care plans, follow physician's orders, and document comprehensive and complete nursing notes.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
• Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care
• Follow physician's orders and administer medication as necessary
• Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes
• Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs
• Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list
• Document and report any unusual or significant findings

Requirements
