Job summary

Caring Places Management in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Central Oregon team. This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules across communities, with a wage range of $46-$50 per hour depending on DOE and licensure.

You will coordinate and provide nursing care, perform health assessments, monitor resident well‑being, and collaborate with physicians. A valid RN license and nursing degree are required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Must hold a nursing degree and current state RN license.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Able to lift up to 35 pounds and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver nursing care per OSBN delegations.
Complete resident health assessments.
Monitor resident health and communicate with physicians.
Participate in care conferences and QA investigations.
Maintain medication and treatment order accuracy.
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance in daily operations.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Central Oregon team. This position has opportunities to serve multiple communities in Central Oregon, depending on current needs.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and provide nursing care and services including:

Nurse delegation per OSBN
Complete resident health assessments
Monitoring of resident overall health
Communication with physicians and outside providers
Investigation of injuries involving residents or staff
Tracking and auditing of medication and treatment orders
Part of service planning team
Coordination of resident care
Participate in care conferences
Participate and direct quality assurance investigations
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in in-service presentations and staff meetings
Communicate with state and assist in surveys
Help foster a positive team attitude in the community
AND anything that helps staff coordinate consistent, quality care and service in the facility. Other items as requested by the Administrator and/or anything else that is needed to keep the facility operating smoothly.
