Job summary

Caring Places Management in Newport, OR is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (~24 hours per week) to join South Beach Manor, our memory care community. The role involves coordinating nursing care, completing assessments, and collaborating with physicians to ensure resident safety.

Responsibilities

• Nurse delegation per OSBN.
• Complete resident health assessments.
• Monitoring of resident overall health.
• Communication with physicians and outside providers.
• Investigation of injuries involving residents or staff.
• Tracking and auditing of medication and treatment orders.
• Part of service planning team.
• Coordination of resident care.
• Participate in care conferences.
• Participate and direct quality assurance investigations.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in in-service presentations and staff meetings.
• Communicate with state and assist in surveys.
• Help foster a positive team attitude in the community.

South Beach Manor, our beautiful memory care community located in South Beach, OR has a current PT opening for a Nurse.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and provide nursing care and services including:
