Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric home-health team. We care for children in their homes, delivering compassionate nursing care across acuity levels and coordinating with families and clinicians to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
• TB skin test (within last 12 months)
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation to patient homes and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate pediatric home nursing care to patients.
• Follow physician orders and document care in the patient record.
• Collaborate with clinicians and families to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate care logistics and scheduling with local support teams
