Job summary

HeartPath Home Care LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric home care team, delivering skilled nursing care in the home setting. You will administer medications, coordinate with families and clinical leadership, and participate in personalized care planning to promote independence and comfort for medically fragile children.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric, PICU, NICU or home care experience preferred (but not required).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for caring for children and supporting families.

• Communicate effectively with families and clinical leadership to ensure seamless care coordination
