Job summary

Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Virginia is seeking an RN to provide skilled nursing care in a sub-acute and long-term facility setting. Must have at least 1 year of long-term care experience and an active RN license in Virginia.

Enjoy shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with an all-inclusive hourly range of $40.00–$44.00 based on experience, plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in Virginia.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards, physician’s plan, and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans created by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations are followed.

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available!

SHIFTS: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM, Or 11:00PM - 7:00AM

Hourly Range: $40.00 – $44.00/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

Shift differential:

• $1 for Evening and Night shifts on Weekdays
• $3 for Evening and Night shifts on Weekends

No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees

If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Virginia.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
