Job summary

Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and implement individualized care plans. Positions available full-time, part-time, and PRN with shifts 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7. The pay rate ranges from $40 to $55 per hour, with added shift differentials up to $5 and

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to physician's plan and written care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
