Job summary

Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Virginia is seeking an LPN to join a 307-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. The role includes delivering compassionate nursing care, following individualized care plans, and supporting residents' physical and emotional needs.

Shifts available 7:00AM–3:00PM, 3:00PM–11:00PM, and 11:00PM–7:00AM with hourly pay $30.00–$34.00 depending on experience; various incentives and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Virginia.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards, plan of care, and physician's plan.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per care plan and policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions, report changes promptly to supervising staff, respond to needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available!

SHIFTS: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM, Or 11:00PM - 7:00AM

Hourly Range: $30.00 – $34.00/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

Shift differential:

$1 for Evening and Night shifts on Weekdays

$3 for Evening and Night shifts on Weekends

No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.
