Job summary

Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center, part of LifeBridge Health, is hiring an RN for the Hall 1 Rehab/Subacute Care unit in Baltimore, MD. This role coordinates care with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

The RN reviews diagnoses, treats patients, and plans discharge while educating families and monitoring progress. Competitive benefits and strong teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• > Active Maryland RN License.
• "> American Heart Association CPR Certification.
• "> Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• "> Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
• "> Less than one year of RN experience welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, age-appropriate nursing care in a rehab and subacute setting.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, recovery goals, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Accurately document patient care and outcomes within the electronic medical record.
• Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients and families.
• Support a positive team culture focused on compassion, safety, and excellence.
