LifeBridge Health's Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center in Baltimore is hiring a registered nurse for the 40-bed High Intensity Care Unit (HICU). Under the unit manager, you will provide direct age-appropriate clinical care on a per-shift basis and supervise staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

You will join an interdisciplinary team and participate in the Nursing Career Ladder and professional development programs.

At Levindale's 40-bed High Intensity Care Unit (HICU), no two days are the same. Our staff works in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment providing expert care to patients recovering from acute brain injuries, respiratory failure, and more. You'll be supported by a full interdisciplinary team-and empowered to grow through our Nursing Career Ladder and robust professional development programs.

Summary

Under the direction of the unit manager, this role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct age-appropriate clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

$37.15 to $57.58 Based On Experience
