LifeBridge Health's Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center in Baltimore is hiring a registered nurse for the 40-bed High Intensity Care Unit (HICU). Under the unit manager, you will provide direct age-appropriate clinical care on a per-shift basis and supervise staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

You will join an interdisciplinary team and participate in the Nursing Career Ladder and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse License)
• Less than one year of experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care on a shift basis in a 40-bed High Intensity Care Unit (HICU).
• Assess, plan, and implement age-appropriate care for assigned patients.
• Supervise staff and ensure safe, high-quality nursing care.
• Support the CNO in maintaining care quality and resource management.
