Job summary

LifeBridge Health Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center & Hospital is seeking a Nursing Supervisor / Hospital Operations Coordinator (RN) PRN in Baltimore, MD. You will oversee clinical and administrative functions across units, providing real-time operational support and rapid response during shifts.

Active Maryland RN license, ADN required with BSN preferred. 3-5+ years of nursing leadership experience in hospital or post-acute care is desired, with ACLS required and ongoing staff education

Qualifications

• Requires ADN with RN license.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• ACLS and BLS/CPR certifications required.
• 3-5+ years nursing leadership experience; hospital or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility-wide administrative, clinical, and staffing functions during shifts.
• Provide real-time operational oversight, clinical support, and rapid response.
• Respond to Rapid Response and Code Blue events and mentor staff.
• Lead handoffs, documentation, and shift reports to ensure safe patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address clinical and operational needs.
