Job summary

MedCadre is seeking an experienced RN for Night shift (3x12) at an Inpatient Rehab Hospital in Kansas. You will provide bedside care, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Candidates must have BLS; ACLS preferred for charge roles; Cerner charting experience; willingness to rotate weekends; ability to manage up to a team of patients with an ASAP start; local candidates favored.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification is required; NIH certification preferred and a path to achieve it may be provided onsite.
• Acute care/Med-Surg experience preferred with Rehab exposure in facilities like Brooks, Encompass, Ernest Health.
• Cerner charting experience required; ability to work rotating weekends and take charge on shifts.

Description: Inpatient hospital/Rehab setting experience needed

Skills: We require BLS certification, and would prefer the nurses to have NIH certification, however we can help the nurse achieve this once he/she is onsite. Other skills needed: phlebotomy, IV certification & experience and gastric tube feeds.

Qualifications: Acute care/Med-surg experience preferred and REHABs such as Brooks, Encompass, Ernest Health.

PROFICIENT with CERNER - REQUIRED Ability to work rotating weekends CHARGE experience and willingness to CHARGE on each shift, with the knowledge that they will possibly have a team of patients 8 weeks with possibility of extending Ability to start ASAP Team members who know that we are TEAM-work centered, hold staff accountable, patient care centered, and we need staff who can accept feedback and keep a positive attitude Start Date: ASAP
