Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN for Rehab in Springfield, MO for a 13-week contract. The role requires floor nursing experience, RN license, and BLS certification.

You will work nights (12-hour shifts) in an inpatient rehabilitation setting with a patient population including stroke, brain/spinal injuries, and orthopedic cases. Unit operates with a 7:1 patient ratio; EPIC is used for documentation, and there are specialized stroke and brain-injury units.

Description:Our facility provides inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from various conditions, including strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries.We are accredited by relevant organizations for inpatient rehabilitation services.Our facility was nationally recognized for excellence in rehabilitation services.We feature a brain-injury unit with monitored rooms, specialized beds, and dedicated therapy spaces.We have a dedicated stroke care unit equipped with specialized equipment.Our facility includes gymnasiums featuring advanced therapy devices and treatments.Private, family-friendly rooms are available, complete with sleeper chairs.We offer a special apartment for patients and families to practice daily living tasks.Pet therapy and recreational programs are part of our healing approach.There is an outdoor healing garden and walking trail to assist in rehabilitation.The unit has 60 beds and patient care is provided with a ratio of 7:1.We utilize advanced equipment including workstation on wheels and patient lifts.Our electronic health records system is EPIC and UDS.This role focuses on adult patient populations and requires strong nursing skills.A preference for rehabilitation nursing experience is recognized but not required.Candidates should align with our values and be prepared to contribute positively to our team.
