Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for an Inpatient Rehab Unit night shift position.

Requirements include at least 1 year of acute care experience and an active AR or compact license. Cerner EMR experience is needed after orientation. Night shifts run 6:45 PM–7:15 AM with every other weekend; candidates must live within 50 miles and have no recent CHS staff ties.

Qualifications

• Active AR or Multistate RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ years of recent experience in an acute care setting such as Inpatient Rehab, Med-Surg, ICU, PCU, or ED required.
• Comfortable using Cerner EMR after one orientation shift.
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment.
• No gaps in work history of 90+ days within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient Rehab Unit within a hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
• Every other weekend required.
• Facility uses Cerner EMR.
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be considered.
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible.
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week.
• First-time travelers may be considered.
