Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit seeks an experienced nurse to lead rapid response and critical care coordination. You will assess acute deteriorations, implement care plans, and supervise delivery in high-acuity settings.

You will communicate across disciplines, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians to adjust treatment as conditions change. BSN preferred; Michigan RN license required; BCLS certification expected.

Qualifications

GENERAL SUMMARY:
