Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Rapid Response team. You’ll be at the heart of high‑impact care, coordinating rapid interventions and ensuring patient safety across critical pathways.

Requires Michigan RN license, 2+ years ICU experience, and current BLS/ACLS. Shift options include 12-hour nights, full-time with rotating weekends. You’ll contribute to advanced patient care and admissions across inpatient areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current Michigan license.
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Jump into action responding to Rapid Response calls and Code Blue emergencies.
• Transport critical care patients from the ED to ICUs or Med Surg with confidence.
• Accompany ICU patients to tests and procedures, ensuring continuity of care.
• Assist with ICU bedside procedures and support admissions across inpatient areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Jump into action responding to Rapid Response calls and Code Blue emergencies—where your quick thinking and clinical expertise truly shine
• Transport critical care patients from the ED to ICUs or Med Surg with confidence and compassion
• Accompany ICU patients to tests and procedures, ensuring continuity of care and patient comfort
• Tackle those challenging IV starts and blood draws that other nurses call you for—because you’ve got the skills!
• Support admissions across all inpatient areas, helping patients get settled and comfortable
• Assist with ICU bedside procedures, working alongside the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care

SCHEDULE:

(3)12 Hour Shifts, 7pm - 730am, every other weekend and rotating holidays. Full-Time Benefit Eligible

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
