Job summary

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, part of LifeBridge Health, is hiring an ICU/Critical Care Registered Nurse. Under the direction of the unit manager, you will provide direct age-appropriate clinical care each shift and assume responsibility for patient assessment, planning, and implementation.

You will supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe patient care, competency of clinical staff, and efficient resource management.

Qualifications

• Must have BSN and current Maryland RN license or eligibility.
• One year ICU/critical care experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred (must attain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct age-appropriate clinical patient care per shift.
• Supervise staff to whom care is delegated.
• Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe patient care and resource management.

Summary:

The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Experience:

At least one year of experience in ICU or Critical Care

Education:

Required:

• * Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Licensures & Certifications:

Required:

• * Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
• * Basic Life Support

Preferred:

• * Certified Radiology Nurse
• * Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

Credential Note: ACLS (Must be attained within the first 90 days)

Pay Range: $37.15 to $58.33 Based On Experience
