Job summary

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, part of LifeBridge Health, is seeking an Imaging Manager to lead our Imaging operations and support exceptional patient care.

You will mentor staff, promote safety and high-quality imaging, and drive process improvements across daily workflows.

Qualifications include 5–7 years of imaging experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, Maryland Radiographer license (or eligibility) and BLS; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

What You'll Do:

Provide leadership and oversight to Imaging team members, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Ensure safe, high-quality, and age-appropriate patient care throughout Imaging operations.

Serve as a resource, mentor, and role model for clinical staff.

Support daily operations while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and departmental performance.

Promote patient safety and compliance with national patient safety goals and organizational standards.

Foster a positive team environment focused on communication, professional development, and exceptional patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Licensure & Certifications: Current Maryland Radiographer License or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Registered Radiologic Technologist preferred.
