Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a dedicated RN for a full-time day shift role. Join a team that emphasizes growth, mentorship, and high-quality patient care with advanced tools to support safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• One year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with higher acuity needs including cardiac drips, post-op recovery, telemetry, respiratory support, and more.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient conditions in real-time.
• Collaborate with providers, therapists, pharmacists, and fellow nurses to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health promotion.
• Document assessments, medications, and interventions in our EHR system with accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
• Experience: One Year RN experience
