Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, 12-hour night shift. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and is a chance to work across Oncology, Renal, Orthopedics, Progressive Care, OR, and Emergency Department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Bedside or Operating Room experience preferred; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process per standards and Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• Provide patient advocacy and maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors and colleagues.

About the job:

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Education:Graduate of an accredited RN program.

• Licensure:RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.

• Experience:Prefer Bedside or Operating Room experience, although new grads will be considered.

Assigned hours within your shift, starting time, or days of work are subject to change based on departmental and/or organizational needs.
