Job summary

Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus in Lafayette, Indiana seeks registered nurses for its 32-bed ER unit. The role focuses on patient assessment, care planning, and responsive, compassionate nursing in a faith-based environment.

Minimum start pay is $34/hour, with increases based on experience. PRN shifts and rotating weekends/holidays are available. Medical certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required by unit. Travel is never required.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in state of practice and an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as unit requires.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required by unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required Associate’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit
• Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance Required if required by unit
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - The American Academy of Pediatrics Required if required by unit
