Job summary

Complete Care in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for both day and night shifts in our freestanding emergency room. The role requires ER experience and a flexible schedule to cover 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am shifts, with a Colorado license and current BLS/ACLS/PALS.

You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support education for patients and families while maintaining compliance and precise documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Nursing License in good standing.
• 2 years of emergency room nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Windows and EMR/EPM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Support patient and family education and communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Document pertinent data concisely and accurately.
• Work effectively in high-pressure ER environments.

What we’re looking for:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
