Job summary

Complete Care seeks a Registered Nurse to join our state-of-the-art emergency room in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This PRN role covers days and nights on a 7a–7p and 7p–7a schedule, with flexibility required for shift changes.

You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patient education while maintaining accurate documentation in a high-demand ER environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Texas Nursing License in good standing.
• Two years ER nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS obtained through American Heart Association.
• Proficient with EMR/EPM systems.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
• Support patient and family education and communication
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Document pertinent data concisely
• Handle high-pressure situations while maintaining excellent patient care

What we’re looking for:

• Current Texas Nursing License in good standing
• have 2 years of emergency room nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS obtained through American Heart Association
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Windows and EMR/EPM systems
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
