Loyal Source is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Newark, Ohio as a PRN role covering day and night 12-hour shifts. The position involves admissions, patient assessment, documentation, and collaboration with care teams in a post-ICU recovery setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Ohio, with BLS at hire and ACLS within six months. Not a full-time role, this position offers exposure to high-acuity patients and a flexible schedule while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license for the state.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.

• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position: Registered Nurse – PRN (RN) DAY AND NIGHT

Schedule: 12 hours – Day, 7a-7p, Night, 7p-7a

Pay Range: $49.50/hr

Facility is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. We help patients during some of the most vulnerable, painful moments of their lives – and staff plays a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients/families
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire
