Job summary

Loyal Source seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for day and night 12-hour shifts in Erie. This role provides inpatient post-ICU care for chronically ill patients within a supportive team focused on compassionate treatment.

Responsibilities include admissions/ transfers, ongoing patient assessments, accurate documentation, data interpretation, and transcription of medical orders. Required: RN license and BLS; ACLS within 6 months. Pay: $55–$61/hr.

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Facility is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. We help patients during some of the most vulnerable, painful moments of their lives – and staff plays a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment every step of the way.
