Job summary

Franciscan Health Dyer Campus in Indiana is seeking an RN for Labor and Delivery in a 15-bed birthing unit. You will provide labor/delivery and postpartum care, develop and implement care plans, and contribute to a fast-paced learning environment.

The role requires an ASN/ADN with RN licensure; BSN is desirable. Minimum start pay is $34/hour, with night shifts available, and a faith-based, mission-focused culture at Franciscan Health Dyer Campus.

Qualifications

• A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.
• Must have Labor and Delivery Experience
• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery and postpartum nursing care.
• Follow established care plans and assess patient needs.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and work in a faith-based mission environment.
