Job summary

Franciscan Health Mooresville Campus seeks an experienced RN for ICU with travel requirements. This role involves 12-hour shifts (7 am–7 pm), patient-focused care, and collaborative teamwork to ensure high-quality outcomes in a demanding unit.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) with BLS and ACLS certifications and current state RN licensure. ICU experience is required, and travel is a component of the position.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RN - State Licensing Board in state of practice.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a plan of care for each patient.
• Monitor, reassess, and evaluate patient progress.

QUALIFICATIONS
