Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking a part-time registered nurse to join our recovery team. This 0.9 FTE role offers 72 hours per pay period, typically 3 twelve-hour shifts from 08:30 to 21:00, with days varying by the surgery schedule.

We require a BSN or ADN, 1+ year in Pre-op, PACU, ED or critical care, active RN license in Idaho, and BLS. ACLS/PALS are highly preferred. A $7,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires.

Sign On Bonus: $7k (new hires only)

Schedule: .9 FTE Full-Time (72 hours per pay period) 3 (12) hour shifts- 0830-2100 weekly, varied days each week based on the surgery schedule. Position will require working some call- nights, weekends and holidays- call response time is 30 minutes.

Unit Summary

The Meridian unit provides ortho, urology, general, OB/GYN, ENT, optics, plastics services (everything but head and vascular). They also have a call team on staff, so call is very minimal for staff positions.

Job Description Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors of Nursing Degree (BSN or ADN)

• Experience: 1+ years' experience in Pre-op, PACU, ED and/or critical care experience required for this position.

• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice

• BLS required- ACLS and PALS highly preferred
