Job summary

St. Luke's Health System in Meridian seeks a part-time RN to join our recovery team. The Meridian unit provides ortho, urology, general, OB/GYN, ENT, optics, plastics services and more, with a staffed call team and minimal call burden for regular staff.

Sign-on bonus of $4k for new hires; schedule is 0.6 FTE with two 12-hour shifts (0830-2100) and some call—nights, weekends and holidays; benefits and career growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Nursing Degree (BSN or ADN).
• Experience: 1+ years in Pre-op, PACU, ED and/or critical care.

Sign On Bonus:$4k (new hires only)

Schedule:.6 FTE Part-Time (48 hours per pay period) 2 (12) hour shifts- 0830-2100- varied days each week based on the surgery schedule . Position will require working some call- nights, weekends and holidays- call response time is 30 minutes.

Unit Summary

The Meridian unit provides ortho, urology, general, OB/GYN, ENT, optics, plastics services (everything but head and vascular). They also have a call team on staff, so call is very minimal for staff positions.

Job Description Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors of Nursing Degree (BSN or ADN)
• Experience: 1+ years' experience in Pre-op, PACU, ED and/or critical care experience required for this position.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
• BLS required- ACLS and PALS highly preferred
