St. Luke’s Meridian is seeking a registered nurse to join our recovery team in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. The role features a 0.9 FTE schedule (72 hours per pay period) with three 12-hour day shifts (0830-2100). Some call nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

The unit supports ortho, urology, general, OB/GYN, ENT, optics and plastics. A $7k sign-on bonus is offered for new hires, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• BLS is required; ACLS and PALS highly preferred
• 1+ year experience in Pre-op, PACU, ED or critical care

• Provide post-operative care in the Recovery Unit.

Sign On Bonus:$7k (new hires only)

Schedule:.9 FTE Full-Time (72 hours per pay period) 3 (12) hour shifts- 0830-2100 weekly, varied days each week based on the surgery schedule . Position will require working some call- nights, weekends and holidays- call response time is 30 minutes.

Unit Summary

The Meridian unit provides ortho, urology, general, OB/GYN, ENT, optics, plastics services (everything but head and vascular). They also have a call team on staff, so call is very minimal for staff positions.

Job Description Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors of Nursing Degree (BSN or ADN)
• Experience: 1+ years' experience in Pre-op, PACU, ED and/or critical care experience required for this position.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
• BLS required- ACLS and PALS highly preferred
