Job description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities include:

providing high-acuity pediatric patient care, administering medications and treatments, ventilator support, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications:

active Massachusetts RN license, minimum of 2 years PICU experience, current BLS & ACLS (PALS preferred), American Heart Association certification, and ability to pass background screening.

Role details:

PRN/self-scheduling, 12-hour shifts (day or night), offering competitive pay of $60-$62/hr, with weekly pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, referral bonuses, and dedicated recruiter support.
