Job description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) position.

Responsibilities include:

providing high-acuity pediatric patient care, administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

active Massachusetts RN license, minimum of 2 years recent PICU experience, current BLS & ACLS (PALS preferred), American Heart Association certification, and ability to pass background screening.

Skills:

clinical confidence, adaptability, experience in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.

Role details:

PRN employment with self-scheduling, 12-hour shifts (day or night), based in Boston. Compensation ranges from $60.00 to $62.00 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
