Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Personal Care Services in Broken Arrow, OK and surrounding areas. You will deliver patient care across the continuum in patients' homes, upholding our mission to provide right care at the right time.

The role requires an accredited nursing credential, active RN license in Oklahoma, and at least 1 year of clinical experience, with hospice or home health experience preferred. Travel up to 50% and reporting to Clinical Supervisor are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate).
• Current State RN license.
• 1 year of clinical care experience.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.

What is Required?

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse RN
• 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting
• Experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred
