Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient care across the continuum in home settings. You will deliver high-quality care and collaborate with a clinical team to support patients wherever they call home.

Ideal candidates include an accredited nursing credential and an active RN license, with at least 1 year of clinical experience. Hospice or home health experience is preferred, and travel up to 50% is required. You will report to the Clinical Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (certificate, diploma, associate, or bachelor).
• Current State RN license.
• At least 1 year of clinical care experience.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transfer patients.

Responsibilities

What is Required?

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse RN
• 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting
• Experience in a hospice or home health environment is preferred
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
• 50% travel
• You will report to the Clinical Supervisor.
